The working principle is 95 Stations of Super Travel Support. A Station is a module of travel knowledge, and 95 is the target size of the finished library.

Yes. Everything published on the site is free to read and there is no paywall or registration requirement.

Start with the problem you have right now. Planning goes to Route Station, requirements to Rules Station, modifications to Change Station and disruptions to Fix Station.

Thirty nine at the moment: itineraries in Route Station, reference guides in Rules Station, booking change guides in Change Station and disruption recovery guides in Fix Station. Each Station page lists its full library.

Yes, through the contact page. Requests that come up repeatedly get priority in the editorial queue.

Not yet. Coverage follows demand, and we would rather publish a small number of well maintained pieces than a thin page for every destination.

No. Always confirm anything decisive with the airline, airport or authority. Our role is to explain the shape of the rule so their page makes sense.

No. We have no access to any booking. Change Station explains the process so you can do it through the airline or the agency that issued the ticket.

No, and we do not partner with claim agencies. Fix Station explains what to claim and how to file it directly, which is free.
