3. Permitted use and licence to read

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 60 days, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, except where applicable law requires a different forum for consumer disputes.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
